More mustard than yellow

On my screen, and maybe because all of the photos have a white background, I was expecting a brighter yellow. Would be nice to see it in an animal. Still a nice colour though

Not a good fit for a whippet, which is a shame because it’s a lovely collar.

I’m disappointed that it is quite thick and stiff. It’s not suitable for my little whippets neck. It would be great for any other breed of dog. It’s well made and very nice.

These have to be some of the best collars on the market today. Totally recommend….

Another customer let down by the service

Hope this review helps others to buy with caution. I am also experiencing difficulty getting in touch to exchange/refund collar. No response for over 1 week now nor a confirmation that my email was even received.

Not great quality

Got this collar back in march. It's a beautiful colour but unfortunately the colour has rubbed off. Have had leather coloured collars in the past and they have lasted for years

Lovely collar, not so lovely service

Great quality and stylish collar. However, I’ve been really disappointed with the lack of communications from the team. I have been trying to get in touch with someone over email for a few weeks now and DM’d the team on Instagram to try and organise an exchange with no response. I would recommend paying through PayPal in case you need to exchange or return your item through the credibility of a third party. I saw someone has had a similar experience to me, so I hope the team can ensure they check their junk folder more often in case customer queries go there, or at least remove the part where they respond within 24 hours.
