Domestic Shipping

We offer at-cost standard domestic delivery Australian wide on all orders with tracking using Australia Post.

Depending on your location, delivery time on standard post items is estimated at 2 -8 Business days (regional addresses may have a longer delivery time than metro).

If you can't wait, we offer Express Shipping for $15 AUD Australia wide with estimated delivery time of between 1-4 Business days depending on your location using Australia Post's Express Post service.

Sadly, we cannot provide our delivery partners with special delivery instructions however if you are not at home, best attempts will be made to leave your parcel in a safe, protected place.

International Shipping

We offer standard delivery to all countries outside of Australia for a flat fee of $20 AUD with delivery time estimated at 8-10 Business days, depending on your location.

Please note: When you order products from Pupetté for delivery outside Australia you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied when the products reach their destination. Any customs charges must be borne by you. Pupetté has no control over such charges. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information.

Please also be aware that when you order products from Pupetté for delivery outside Australia, you are considered the importer of record. You must ensure that the products you order comply with all laws, restrictions and regulations of the country in which you are receiving them.

Your privacy is important to us and our international customers should be aware that cross-border deliveries may be opened and inspected by customs authorities.

Product Returns & Exchanges

While we try to always deliver products and services that outperform your expectations we will offer a full refund within 14 days of receipt in the unlikely event that you are not satisfied with the quality of our products.

EXCHANGES

Please note that as a small business sadly we cannot offer free shipping on Exchanges and that the shipping costs associated with an Exchange (both returning the product and shipping out an alternative product) are to be paid by you, the Customer.
